5:2 Juice Diet
16 or 32 delicious juices to provide you with 2 ‘fasting’ days per week based on Jason’s latest 5:2 App. The plan provides 4 juices of 420ml per day.
This is the one to follow on from any of our juice diets to help maintain your achievements, or for those just looking to carry out the 5:2 diet on a long term basis. Juices can be used on consecutive or split days.
The 5:2 just got ridiculously simple – we’ve done all the calorie counting for you, so now all you have to do is open the bottles and sip your delicious and nutritious juices at the right times. And because variety is the spice of life, we are now able to offer you the ability to pick ’n’ mix your own custom selection of juices from those on offer. Simply select the CUSTOM BOX option and make your choices. A maximum of 4 bottles of any one recipe may be ordered.

All Juice Deliveries are shipped via DPD Local as stated in the checkout – a surcharge may apply on some delivery postcodes (see Delivery). Supplementary items are shipped with your juice.
You do not have to be in to receive your order as we guarantee that it will remain frozen (if left sealed in the packaging) until your return on the specified delivery date. However, a ‘SAFE PLACE’ must be specified on order if the parcel is to be left. These must be clear and accurate instructions. Please do not request driver to call a specific telephone number as this does not constitute sufficient delivery instructions. We are not able to guarantee that the driver will be able to call you.
Please notify us of any delivery issues within 24 hours of your requested delivery date. You must transfer your juices immediately to the freezer upon opening the box.
