Storing and Defrosting Guidelines:

Store in a freezer at -18C or cooler. Defrost for a minimum of 3 hours in a refrigerator or place in a bowl of lukewarm water for 15mins. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume immediately (or within 24 hours)
