3-Day Plan

“After “carbing” up for a half marathon at the weekend, by Monday I was bloated and sluggish and coming down with flu. I have just finished the 3 day juice plan and WOW I feel fresh, the lactic acid in my legs (from the run) went so much quicker this week. It was so good, I have just had a smoothie for breakfast! I can’t believe I have not done this before!
